Later that night we went and watched the Hawk's firework show. Broxton didnt really like the loud sounds but he loved the colors. Every once and a while he would smile but for the most part his face look like it does in the pictures below....(thanks so much to my sister-in-law Danielle for taking pictures that night. Without you we wouldn't have captured these wonderful memories.)
On the 4th of July we spent the day over at Grandma & Grandpa's swimming and having a BBQ with all the people we love so very much. There is nothing better then family, food , swimming and games. Broxton and Dad even had matching swim trunks. When it got dark we did a firework show and played with sparklers. It was an awesome day.

This was Broxton's first time holding a sparkler. His didn't look like a sparkler though. It looked more like a stick on fire.

Taos' however did indeed look like a real sparkler.

Broxton got to hang out a lot with his cousin Jevan this past month too. They are so cute together and play so great.

Broxton finally got a big boy bed this past month. He has done such a wonderful job making the transition from a crib to a bed. He has never fallen out and he sleeps through the night however he gets up much earlier then he use to. The first night he was in his bed I was so nervous, but he did awesome. Not only did he get a new bed but he also got an updated room. Brody, my mom and I spent a whole day painting stripes on his wall and hanging up his pictures (some pics were in Brody's room when he was a little kid) and making his room more like a big kid room and not such a baby room. I love how it turned out. Also Grandma got him some new Buzz Lightyear jammies for being such a big boy and sleeping in his new bed.
Well, July has been really fun. I am really looking forward to August and the Fall and Football season (go BSU and the Captial Eagles).
